I am honored to call this precious woman my friend. From the day that I met her and her friend Malo, We talked in the shop for probably two hours that day. They would walk around the store
and talk about all the plants in their own language. ( I think I even asked them what they were saying and then later I joked that they were discussing how they were gonna talk me down on some prices) They only wanted plants that weren’t for sale. We joked and laughed like we’d known each other forever. It was a instant connection. This is what I love about having my shop. Unexpected, Special friendships. I believe that nothing happens without a purpose or a plan. We don’t just talk about plants, we talk about her new grand baby and how she was going to move back to the Philippines , but cancer struck her body like wildfire and she had to stay here. We talk about how God always has a plan and a purpose for everything. How he’s working even when we don’t know it. We talked about how she fought the cancer to welcome a new grandchild that is the love of her life. Yesterday we talked about how her cancer has come back and we don’t understand why. I cried and she held her tears back for me. She’s reminded me that God is still faithful even when we don’t feel it. She’s never said poor me, I’m so sick. This tiny lady has a heart that weighs more than she does. I love you Liza 😘

I’m all always amazed by peoples reaction when they first walk in. Some even try to knock first because they think it’s our home. It’s our little piece of peace right here in Middle Tennessee that we created for you. I’m just reminding myself today of why we started. It’s to plant good seeds in others. I’m not even ashamed of the lonely road we are located on anymore. Those that find us were meant to find us. We are a Hidden paradise that you can escape to all year long.
