Misconception: “Choosing a custom home builder is just about the finished home.”

A beautiful home matters, but so does the relationship with the people building it.

At Luxe Custom Homes, we believe the process should be built on trust, communication, and a shared vision from the very beginning.

With 40 years of success behind our family business, we trust each other and bring that same commitment to our clients. You’re not just another project. You’re someone we get to know, work alongside, and often call a close friend long after the keys are handed over. Luxe Custom Homes. Built on trust. Designed around you.

Proudly serving Spring Hill, Columbia, College Grove, Leiper’s Fork, Brentwood, and Mt. Pleasant.

Four great rooms. Four different personalities.

Exposed wood overhead in a round home. Bold furniture that brings its own character. Oversized chandeliers that make a statement. An industrial-style fan with windows rising on both sides of a stone fireplace.

Every space takes a different approach, and that’s the beauty of a custom build.
It’s not just about picking finishes. It’s about how the shape of the room, the ceiling, natural light, materials, and furnishings come together. What do you highlight? Where do you bring in warmth? What do you let speak for itself?

Those choices turn a big room into a great room, and make each home feel personal.
Which detail catches your eye first?

A great glass of w**e deserves a setting just as memorable. 🍷

For this estate in Franklin, TN, we created two distinct spaces: a dedicated building for enjoying w**e and a separate building for storage. Together, they bring beauty and purpose to the w**e experience, from selecting a bottle to sitting down and savoring it.

Natural stone walls, warm wood accents, and unique architectural details give these spaces a character all their own. More than just additions to the property, they’re places designed around something our client loves, and the finished result was a client favorite.

Thoughtfully built. Personally inspired. Made to be enjoyed.

Building a home is about more than walls, tile, paint colors, and fixtures. It is about bringing a family’s vision to life.

For this project, our clients started with a challenging hilltop lot. We carefully carved out the site, created a level building area, and helped turn their vision into a comfortable home designed for everyday family life, visiting guests, and years of memories.

They selected the finishes that made the space theirs, from the tile floors and wall colors to the outlets, details, and final touches. Our role was to listen closely, guide the process, coordinate the work, and build each part with the care their investment deserves.

With more than 40 years of experience, we understand that every client is different. Whether this is your first time building a home or you have been through the process before, you deserve a builder who is patient, mindful, communicative, and committed to working alongside you from the first site visit through the final walkthrough.

The best homes are built through collaboration. Your ideas, your style, and an experienced team that knows how to bring it all together.

This project is a great example of what we love most about custom building, taking a vision, starting with a blank piece of land, and creating a home that feels completely unique to the homeowner.

Every detail was intentionally designed and built, from the custom cabinetry and oversized kitchen island to the handcrafted range hood, warm wood accents, and timeless French inspired finishes.
We’re currently looking for our next custom home project.

If you have land, are considering building, or have been dreaming about a home that’s truly your own, we’d love the opportunity to sit down, hear your vision, and put together a bid.

Most homes force you to adapt to their storage.

Custom homes adapt the storage to you.
In this Middle Tennessee barndominium, every shelf, drawer, and cabinet was designed around real life, not a generic floor plan.

A library wall long enough to actually hold a collection and still look intentional.

Kitchen storage that puts everyday pieces within reach instead of buried in deep cabinets.

A closet that feels like a private showroom instead of a place you just shove things.

That is the real difference.

Production homes give you storage.

Custom gives you storage that works the way you actually live, so nothing feels wasted, cramped, or afterthought.

If you are building in Middle Tennessee and you are tired of compromising on the spaces you use every day, custom is not a luxury.
It is the only way to get a home that fits.

A home is only as strong 💪 as the work done before the first wall is framed.

The finished slab may look simple, but it is the base for every detail that comes next, the framing, craftsmanship, finishes, and ultimately, a one of a kind estate home.

Next up: framing begins.

A home should be designed around the way your family truly lives.

From a sophisticated men’s room for relaxing, to a beautiful women’s bathroom designed as a private retreat, this home offers thoughtful spaces for everyone.

The dedicated homeschool workspace gives the kids a comfortable, organized place to learn, create, and grow.

Every detail was built with purpose, personality, and everyday living in mind.

A jewel box breakfast room where saturated color, craftsmanship, and garden light meet. Glossy emerald zellige tile turns the floor into a reflective plane, amplifying daylight from the leaded glass French doors and bringing a cool, immersive calm beneath the room’s exuberant patterned walls.

The tropical mural wallpaper and richly upholstered dining chairs lean confidently into maximalism, while tailored white millwork provides the architectural restraint that keeps the composition crisp. A round pedestal table anchors the room, ideal for slow mornings, a family meal, or an evening drink overlooking the garden.

This is a reminder that a transitional space does not have to be neutral. When every material is intentional, pattern and color become architecture.
