A little creativity + a touch of Halloween spirit = another great W**e Wednesday bringing the TLCD team together! 🎃🎨

Last week brought our team together for our annual pumpkin painting tradition! We traded our everyday design tools for paintbrushes, bringing the same creativity and imagination we use in our work to a different kind of canvas. From spooky designs to colorful creations, every pumpkin reflected the unique personalities and artistic talents of our team.

Happy Halloween from all of us at TLCD Architecture! 👻

🏆 Celebrating an AIA Redwood Empire 2026 Design Award!

TLCD Architecture was honored to receive a Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects Redwood Empire Chapter (AIARE) at the Design Awards ceremony for the Foley Family Community Pavilion.

Originally built in 1922 as a fruit packing warehouse, this historic structure was thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant community gathering space. The project celebrates Healdsburg's agricultural heritage while creating new opportunities for farmers' markets, performances, and community events.

Congratulations to our project team and collaborators on this recognition! We're proud to have this meaningful project recognized for its innovative approach to historic preservation and adaptive reuse.

💧🍷 W**e Wednesday Takes a Field Trip

Last week, our W**e Wednesday took us out of the office and behind the scenes at the Laguna Treatment Plant Santa Rosa Water for a fascinating site tour with Santa Rosa Water.

Our team got an up-close look at the systems, infrastructure, and people behind a resource we rely on every day. The Laguna Treatment Plant is at the heart of the region’s water reuse system, transforming wastewater into recycled water that can be beneficially reused throughout our community.

A W**e Wednesday well spent learning together, exploring our community, and gaining a whole new appreciation for the value of water. 💧🍷

Thank you to Santa Rosa Water for giving our team a behind the scenes look!

⛳️ A wonderful day on the course for an even bigger cause!

TLCD was proud to be a Tee Sponsor for the 36th Annual FORE Y Kids Charity Golf Tournament, supporting the Sonoma County Family YMCA and the important work they do in our community.

TLCD Principal, and Y Board member, David Delasantos hit the course alongside Jim Wallen of PH Development and Scott Okano and Mark Lilly of Biagi Bros., enjoying a day of friendly competition while coming together to support an important cause.

Events like this are a great reminder that some of the best connections happen beyond the office, bringing our industry partners together, strengthening relationships, and giving back to the community we’re proud to be part of.

Thanks to the Y for another fantastic event!🏌️‍♂️⛳️
