Bookkeeper
Onsite | Flexible Hours | Part-Time or Full-Time | Year-Round

Bryant Paving is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to join our team. This is an onsite, year-round position, and we are open to hiring either a W-2 employee or an independent subcontractor (1099). Flexible hours are available, and both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable
• Process accounts payable
• Process payroll and payroll reporting using Paychex
• Maintain company records in QuickBooks Desktop and assist with migrating to QuickBooks Online during the off-season
• Prepare basic financial reports and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (required)
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
