The homeowners chose black and white to update their home... but weren’t happy with the result. They did not want to paint everything a second time. So I suggested we soften the look. Choosing color is tricky. I can help you! The first photo is an example of “what not to do”. True black can be too harsh. I almost exclusively use “Off Blacks” for fascia and trim.
