Staging can literally be a whirlwind 🌪️

There are SO many moving parts, logistics, hard labor & efficiency are all required. Stagers need to know how to read a room, figuratively speaking. We need to dress the best bones of the home while trying to disguise any potential flaws.

Staging needs to be on point ✔️

•Be inviting to potential buyers
•Needs to photograph Well for the MLS

*Keep in mind the investment in staging will always be less than a price reduction on the listing.
