🎉 Celebrating one year with Susan Nguyen!

Susan plays an essential role in helping homeowners get the support they need at True Level Concrete. She listens carefully as clients describe the issues they’re facing, asks questions to understand the symptoms, and helps build a clear picture of what’s happening at their property.

She then connects those conversations to the next step—making sure our sales team has the details they need to arrive on-site informed, prepared, and ready to help. That takes thoughtful communication, an understanding of concrete and foundation concerns, and real care for each homeowner’s experience.

Susan, thank you for the attention, care, and hard work you bring to these conversations and to our team. Your work makes a difference long before we arrive at the door, and we’re so glad to celebrate this milestone with you!

Happy first work anniversary! đź’™

Why combine push piers with polyurethane concrete lifting?

For this transformer slab project in Pitt Meadows, the repair scope addresses both foundation support and voids beneath the concrete.

Our Crew Leader Ethan walks through the challenge and the proposed approach in the video:

• Five hydraulically driven push piers to transfer foundation loads to deeper, load-bearing strata.
• PolyLEVEL injection to fill voids beneath the slab and provide controlled stabilization and lifting, with slab movement monitored throughout installation.

The two systems serve different roles within one repair strategy: supporting the foundation and addressing the slab beneath the equipment.

Watch Ethan explain how the solution comes together.
