Good kitchen lighting isn’t just about making the space bright.

We think about how you’ll actually use the kitchen and what kind of lighting makes sense for each part of the space. Task lighting for prepping and cooking, under-cabinet lighting for the work surfaces, pendants over the island and softer lighting for the evening can all play a part.

A little coffee table inspiration for your scroll.

The coffee table is usually one of the last things we style, but it can really pull a room together. A stack of books, a favourite candle, fresh flowers... it doesn’t have to be complicated.

We like to mix a few things that add height, texture and a bit of personality! It’s those little finishing touches that make a room feel like home.

We find that people can sometimes shy away from texture, but it’s one of the best ways to bring warmth into a space.

Velvet, woven fabrics, wood, textured pillows and upholstered pieces all add something different. When you layer them together, the room starts to feel softer, cozier and more inviting.

We love mixing materials, textures and finishes.

There’s something about the combination of warm wood, stone, metal and soft textiles that makes a space feel more interesting and lived in. They don’t all need to match, they just need to work together.

It’s often those little contrasts that give a room its character.

A few kitchens we’ve had the pleasure of designing.

Every kitchen has a different story, and the details are often what make it work for the people who live there. A coffee station for the morning routine, custom spice storage for the avid cook, textured glass to keep everyday items within reach without putting everything on display, or a butler’s kitchen for those who love to entertain.

It’s about creating a kitchen that fits the way you live.
