What if space was designed to embrace our dual need for restoration and awakening?

Empty factories and obsolete commercial sites sit idle in the middle of our cities.

In our experiential hotel concept for Radical Innovation, we introduce a dual-realm architectural framework to convert forgotten spaces into mixed-use cultural destinations.

Once sites are identified, natural circulation routes are considered for the addition of a new component, symbolizing new life. Existing structures are preserved as dark, restorative places for privacy and restoration, while new white volumes are inserted as bright, social spaces for awakening and movement.

By carefully composing these opposing atmospheres, the hotel transforms forgotten city fabric into a cultural destination where solitude and connection coexist.

The result is a vibrant cultural hub that breathes life into forgotten urban fabric and rebalances the dualities of modern life.

Our experiential hotel concept explores the reclamation and transformation of post-industrial, under-appreciated sites into mixed-use cultural destinations, defined by black (deep restoration) and white (social connection) environments.

Human-scale interior and exterior experiences pay tribute to the neighborhood's vibrant character, while offering characteristics of daily living that are uniquely its own.
