Who says your suite has to be in the backyard? 😉

This one takes a slightly different approach. Built above an existing attached garage, we created private guest quarters with plenty of room for visiting family and friends.

Connected to the main home, but with a little more separation, privacy and space to settle in.

Not your typical garage suite, but a great example of how a little creative thinking can make room for more.

Sometimes the smaller spaces make a big difference.

As part of a larger project , we reworked these everyday areas to bring more function, character and purpose to the home.

From a custom boot room to a refreshed laundry room and a spacious walk-in shower, each space was given the same attention as the rest of the project.

Because good design considers the whole home, not just the main living spaces.

Back in September, we shared a reel of a basketball court built inside an old Quonset. Now, we’re giving you a closer look at the finished space.

The original curved shell remains, but everything inside has been transformed. A full basketball court, a mezzanine built into the end wall, and plenty of overhead space to play without giving the ceiling a second thought.

A pretty incredible second life for a building that was already there.

Since 2020, we’ve completed three projects for these clients. First the main floor, then the upper floor, followed by exterior work.

That long-term relationship shapes the work. Each phase builds on the last, so the home feels considered as a whole rather than a series of separate renovations.
