Provident Grove Provident Grove is a company seeking to design, educate and supply for the sustainable lifestyle in South East Texas.

At Provident Grove, we seek to assist in your effort to live a more sustainable lifestyle. This mission is threefold: Design, Educate and Supply. We DESIGN using the Permaculture system, which is a method that seeks to design holistically and ethically. Permaculture goes far beyond traditional landscaping and agricultural design to consider and maximize ALL aspects of design, including the weather patterns, water flow, natural contours, solar aspect, and individual elements and how they relate to one another. This type of design seeks to minimize the inputs, maximize the output, and do so while caring for the people and land involved. Whether it is a balcony, a back yard, or a ranch, Permaculture can be incorporated to optimize your land. We EDUCATE based on this same system of deign, but drill down to share specific knowledge and techniques. This is generally done through a class-based model which is hands on. Typically, we charge a flat fee to teach on location, and encourage up to 20 participants to share the cost of that class. We SUPPLY perennial plants to incorporate into your sustainable landscape. These include herbs, fruit trees, shrubs, and insect attracting plants, which require minimal care and are very well suited to the climate of South East Texas.
