A transformation that proves you don’t always need construction to create something entirely new.

This home is being thoughtfully reimagined, keeping its existing footprint and adding a second floor while giving it a fresh, beautiful, and timeless look.

We love using AI as a tool to help visualize our designs, but there’s much more happening behind the image. Every detail starts with a carefully developed 3D model. That model becomes the foundation for our elevations and construction drawings, allowing us to work through the architecture, proportions, and details long before construction begins.

Beautiful images are exciting, but thoughtful design and the work behind them are what make a project come together!

For years, this island on Greenwood Lake has been a seasonal home base for boating and camping. Now, this family is creating a quaint cottage where future generations can make memories for years to come.

Rustic charm meets transitional design in a home that’s small in scale but big on character, efficiency, and function. This unique project will come with its challenges, but with such a wonderful client and a meaningful story behind the property, we couldn’t be more excited!

And yes, our first site visit was by boat! A fun and unforgettable project from the very beginning.

A welcoming first impression!

Rich, warm wood tones contrast beautifully against dark siding, creating depth, character, and timeless curb appeal. The open, inviting porch brings down the scale of the home, softens the proportions, and thoughtfully conceals an existing front cantilever.

A couple of pumpkins, and this porch is ready for fall. 🎃

Designed for entertaining in the daylight and well into the evening!

Warm wood posts, beams, and trusses carry from the front to the back of this custom home, nestled in a wooded setting. The great room opens seamlessly to the backyard, where a centered pool creates the perfect backdrop for sunny afternoons, evening gatherings, and everything in between.

Great design is about bringing a vision to life. We use 3D renderings and detailed 2D construction drawings to help our clients visualize each space, understand every detail, and see how the design translates from concept to construction. A thoughtful addition that transformed the home’s character and function. By moving the garage forward, we created a welcoming new porch, repurposed the first floor, and added much-needed bedrooms upstairs.

It was important to create a cozy charm to the exterior design and I think we did just that! Proud to see the vision receive unanimous approval from the Zoning Board this month!

Split levels often get a bad rap for feeling compartmentalized, but this residence completely rewrites that narrative. By opening sightlines, maximizing natural light, and modernizing the exterior silhouette, we transformed a classic layout into a seamless, contemporary sanctuary.

A fluid layout, elevated exterior, and new light filled spaces, this project helped maximize the architecture potential of this home!

A home designed for this family, in a place that holds a very special place in my heart. ☀️🌊🏡 Seaside Park NJ!

This new home is being designed to make the most of a unique window of opportunity as the state’s flood elevation requirements are set to change next year.

More importantly, it’s being designed around the way this family will actually live, creating a place where they can gather, relax, and make memories all summer long!

The architecture combines classic coastal charm with timeless details: cedar shake siding, a bold blue garage door and front door, and beautiful brackets and corbels that give the home its character. The outdoor dining balcony creates the perfect spot for family meals while enjoying the summer air and coastal surroundings.

A bilevel transformed into a home that finally lives like two full levels. ✨

We reimagined the entry to eliminate the center stair and create an open-concept main level that flows seamlessly from the kitchen and living spaces to an incredible backyard entertaining area with a pool and covered outdoor space.

Located in a lake community where this family lives close to their extended family, the home was designed around how they live today and how they’ll grow together.

The new staircase, incorporated into a front addition is both a functional connection between levels and an architectural feature that gives the home a fresh identity.

We kept the original main roofline while adding new architectural elements and breaking up the exterior massing to create more character and dimension!

We have lots to show off on this home and we are just getting started!

This custom residence is the definition of modern, timeless luxury. It was crafted for a client who wanted exceptional design without compromise. Clad in elegant limestone with crisp black windows, every elevation was carefully composed to create a bold yet refined presence.

Expansive balconies capture views from both levels, while the backyard was designed as a private retreat with a resort-style pool and generous covered outdoor living spaces that seamlessly connect indoors and out.

Every line, proportion, and material was thoughtfully selected to create a home that feels as timeless decades from now as it does today.
