Owning a small business is hard work, especially when you also work full time at a labor intensive job 60~70 hours a week! That being said We do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and Custom orders.
We have gone through some things in the last months that have opened our eyes...
Custom Orders ~ Half of your order must be paid for up front. Once the design is approved by you we will then start your order. The half down deposit pays for the items needed to do your order. We send Pictures along the way to show you the progress of your custom order. Once we finish we can then set a meeting place, where the rest of the balance is due in full.
*Note~ If you change your mind anytime after we've started your approved design your deposit is not refundable and we will start over with a new deposit. As a small business we can't take large hits like this. Unfortunately this is the way we will do business from now on. We definitely appreciate our customers that have appreciated us and the custom work that we do!
