I have a new item for Sunday's market at Trotwood Park, Fenugreek!

A delicious, unique microgreen with a slightly sweet, earthy flavor and a hint of maple-like nuttiness! 🌿

💚 WHY FENUGREEK?
🌱 Nutrient Dense — A source of vitamins A, C, E, K & B-complex, plus minerals including iron, calcium & magnesium.

🌱 Blood Sugar Support — Fenugreek has been traditionally studied for its potential role in supporting healthy blood sugar levels.

🌱 Digestion & Women’s Health — Traditionally used to support digestion and for menstrual and menopausal comfort.

🥗 EASY WAYS TO ENJOY IT:
🍳 Eggs & breakfast bowls
🥪 Sandwiches & wraps
🌮 Tacos & curries
🥗 Salads
🍚 Rice & grain bowls
🍲 Soups & savory dishes
