MI 1615 Patio door installed this morning. The hardscaping block was installed tight against the perimeter band and in rough shape. We replaced the damaged section of the perimeter band and flashed it properly. The old door had a 3 inch void above it with 0 insulation.

We installed the new door added framing above and filled all the voids with Quad Max window and door foam.

Sam made all the custom aluminum trim and sealed it to all sides using Quad sealant.

We are still scheduling for early winter! But the schedule is filling up fast!

Full home of mi 1650s installed today in lewisburg. All the old windows had failed seals and were fogged out terribly. The failed seals not only look terrible it also means they aren't performing as well. The house had 2 layers of aluminum outside with a ugly standard box wrap done in multiple pieces. We were able to get everyone wrapped with a water table and using the hidden fastener technique. No big ugly nails in plain view. We use quad sealant around the entite perimeter of the window which will keep the window water tite and the trim in place!

Our schedule has filled up incredibly fast for this year but we do still have time for some projects before Christmas!

19 mi 1650s installed near mechanicsburg for a previous customers family today! We still have room of the schedule before it gets too cold.

2 windows replaced Thursday morning. It was the first stop of the day. We replaced 24 units at this home last March. From single pane Pella units to a Mi 1685/75 casement and awning.

6 basement windows installed this morning in Milton. Quick in and out job that only took a few hours. Major upgrade from the single pane windows! We did a full brick mould profile trim for a maintenance free exterior!

Replaced 20+ year older Anderson sliding patio door and the front storm door. The patio door wasn't necessarily in bad shape but the owner wanted blinds between the glass on the new Provia Endure patio door. The sun hits that side of the day and they wanted something to block the sun and heat better than a curtain. Given when the door was installed window and door foam wasn't used as much or even code at the time and there was very minimal loose insulation around the door. The owners stayed they had noticeable drafts around the door during the winter. The new door has been properly installed and insulated with quad max window and door foam!

The storm door was replaced with a Provia Spectrum full lite storm door which has self storing retractable screens on the top and bottom. Which offers a cleaner look when the screens are stored over traditional storm doors

Full home in Linden on Friday. Full trim from changing from brown to white. They plan on residing in the spring. So a quick pressure wash should change the entire look of the home.

Its under full renovation at the moment and they have a crazy project on their hands! Best of luck

Not all Installs are created equal. I received a call while we were working 2 blocks away about this project. The owner said the window leaked terribly in the rain and it was incredibly cold and draft around the trim last winter. I made an educated assumption it was just a bad install as they were from 2019 and the windows themselves were like new. We removed their trim to reveal a 3/4 gap around the window. The master frame was removed and the "replacement" window was installed directly on framing with 0 insulation. Just because your new home has new windows doesnt mean you have a quality install.

24 Mi 1650s installed in a 1800s home in beaversprings last Friday. The old replacment windows from the 90s barely operated as they were far too tight in the openings. We sized the units down enough to get the units square and plumb and being 100% operable. With a little finesse Installing the trim outside the windows look great and more square/level than they did before.
