The flavor is super intensely berry. No subtleties or watery initial tastes. A true punch of tangy flavor!! 👊

Cavaliere is here and might be the most surprising fig we’ve tried…EVER! 🧨
This may actually have a different flavor profile than anything else we have. At first bite, very sweet and juicy with a light berry kool aid flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of a cherry dumdum lollipop. Cherry is an incredibly unique flavor for figs that many collectors try to sn**ch up. It’s hard to actually achieve an identifiable cherry note, even in varieties known for having this flavor profile. 🍒
This is extremely exciting for your local fig nerd! 🤓

Introducing Paul’s Brown Turkey!! 🇲🇪
Paul is the late father of one of our best fig friends Valentina Lili Vulaj . He was extremely passionate about his fig trees, and raved about this one in particular. I believe he brought it from Montenegro and Val now has a massive clone in ground that thrives here in SE North Carolina. It is a really special fig that we hope you all can try out and compare to other brown turkey-like figs you’ve had. The melony/cantalope flavor is out of this world. A beautiful dark exterior and larger size that we are loving! 🙌

Col de Dama Ciutat has terrific flavor! 🤤
We love all CDD figs, but CDD Ciutat truly has that lingering tartness of a complex berry. It’s a Spanish rarity introduced by Pons that we would love to help popularize here in the southeast. A vigorous and high-quality variety! 🏆

Vasilika Sika is here and making a ‘Royal’ entrance!! 👑
Being one of the Royal Greek figs is a high honor, but this fig lives up to its reputation. Incredibly rich and syrupy strawberry flavor makes this our kids’ favorite Adriatic. This tree is in its 3rd year and pushing hard! Our most productive and vigorous Adriatic in ground without question! 😍

Finally! We have waited all season to try Maltese Falcon! 🐧
This is a much better tasting variety than we imagined! The berry flavor is extremely pronounced, followed by sweet and figgy flavors. Striking black skin and a tight eye wrap up the perfect fig package. We have over 20 figs still left on our first year tree! 🍓
It’s a keeper for sure! ✔️

De La Gloria is finally ripening! 🎬
This beauty is ridiculously juicy and delicate. The interior is incredibly striking. I know some collectors have one, but not enough people talk about the flavor on De La Gloria. Its downfall is their splitting, but still worth it. 👍

White Madeira #1 is making its 2026 debut and we couldn’t be more pumped! 🙌
WM #1 has always been one of the more intensely flavorful Adriatics year to year. Even picking them slightly early to protect from the rain doesn’t affect the flavor. 🧨

Borda Barraquer is our favorite new addition this year! 🙌
We picked this one a day or 2 early, but the flavor did not seem like it! Such a delicious and juicy berry flavor. The jet black skin and tight eye makes it a true standout. 🎖️
Should this variety go in ground? I’m thinking yes! 😍

Kadota left my hand sticky as honey! 🍯
It really is the best honey fig that we have tried. Vigorous, productive, extremely sweet, and easy to propogate. 🙌
