Nobody's home, but the AC is still set to 68°. We see this more than you'd think! You don't need to keep an empty beach house that cold. A moderate setting around 77°F and keeping humidity under control can help prevent moisture problems and unnecessary energy use.

Quick reminder to go check your air filter. Seriously, when’s the last time you looked at it? 😅

Pets can fill one up pretty quickly, so we recommend checking every 30 to 60 days, or around every 30 days for a busy rental.

And if you’re terrible at remembering, Fulford Heating and Cooling maintenance plans include filter changes too.
