It’s been a busy few weeks for the MKA team! 🎓

We had the opportunity to attend career fairs at West Virginia University, Marshall University, and Fairmont State University, connecting with students and sharing more about McKinley Architecture and Engineering and the opportunities available within our company.

We enjoyed meeting so many talented students and future professionals along the way. Thank you to WVU, Marshall, and Fairmont State for having us! 💙

We had a great time welcoming everyone to our Marietta office for our Open House! 🤩

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with local community members, clients, and friends throughout Marietta and the Mid-Ohio Valley while showing off our space and introducing our team.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped make the event a success! We appreciate your continued support and look forward to growing our relationships in the community! 😊

Looks like our MKA speaker made its way to Cherry Grove Beach, SC! ☀️ We love seeing where our MKA gear ends up, especially when it gets a beach view like this!

We’re excited to welcome Jimmy Dollman to the MKA team as our Regional Market Leader for the DMV Region! 👏

Jimmy will help strengthen our presence throughout the Eastern Panhandle and broader DMV region, building strong client relationships, supporting business development, and creating meaningful community connections.

We’re happy to have Jimmy on board and look forward to all he’ll bring to the team! 😊

Sometimes culture looks like strategic planning sessions and team events. Other times, it looks like moving furniture, carrying boxes, and working together to create something better. 👏

Last week, our downtown team came together to refresh our workspace with one goal in mind: creating a more welcoming, collaborative, and energizing environment for our people.

The result is more than a refreshed office. It’s a space designed for connection, collaboration, and the everyday interactions that make a workplace feel like a team.

We’re proud of what we created, but even more proud of the teamwork that brought it all together. 😊

Some things just keep getting better with time 💙💛

Last year, McKinley Sports had the opportunity to complete the turf replacement at WVU’s Milan Puskar Stadium, and somehow, it just gets prettier every season.

With the Mountaineers back on the field and another football season underway, we love seeing our work come to life on game day.

Here’s to another season at Milan Puskar Stadium. Let’s Go Mountaineers! 🏈

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the bravery and sacrifice of the first responders and countless individuals who stepped forward in the face of tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember. We will never forget. 💙

Exciting things are ahead for Marshall County Schools! ✨

Plans are moving forward for the new $30 million Riverside Elementary School in McMechen, which will give students a modern learning environment designed with safety, space, and the future of the community in mind.

We especially loved hearing Superintendent Shelby Haines share how MKA's flythrough has helped students and staff see the vision for their new school come to life. From choosing the Riverside Royals name and mascot to keeping the school’s blue and gold colors, it’s exciting to see the school community already making this new space their own.

We’re proud to be part of a project that will have such a lasting impact on students, families, and the McMechen community, and we can’t wait to watch Riverside Elementary take shape! ☺️
