Anyone just love vintage rugs? This was packed up last two weeks ago Mayflower Market Days and I couldn’t resist the warm wood, hydrangeas and textures from the rugs. It’s the little things that make me happy.

Fun story, I found a big green cricket in my bed the other morning. Thankfully I was able to capture it easily and release it outside.

Rainy weekend here in New England but I hope that you can make our late night shopping event Simply Shiplap. It’s for such a great cause and the perfect time to cozy up in Eagle Brook Saloon right next door for some dinner and drinks! You can even bring your drink in their special to go cup and then come shop!

Pictures from past fall markets. I love looking back to see what I’ve done, what worked and what didn’t. I don’t think I’ve ever done the same set up or layout twice. Prepping for Mayflower Market Days in a few weeks and excited to yet again try something new.

Fall is my FAVORITE season for all things. But in the world of retail it’s almost over, even though it technically hasn’t even begun. Make sure to come shop for your fall decor now because starting October 1st, we’ll be moving holiday decor in.

Spent 3 hours last night refreshing the booth and adding new inventory. This is one of the my favorite pieces. Tag the first person this makes you think of and let them know someone special was thinking of them today.

The first day of September. The first day of school for my kids. Working from home with a quiet house and a break from the heat. The windows are open and the birds are singing outside. This starts my favorite time of the year. Figure I’d celebrate it by sharing this pair of antique bird prints available at Simply Shiplap The vintage frames and the colors on these prints are breathtaking.
