Before we dispatch a crew or order materials, we need the exact measurements of your fence line. Get them wrong and you end up with too much material or too little, and nobody wants to go back to a homeowner asking for more money. That is why we measure carefully and get it right the first time, the same way Jan Fence has done it since 1955.

An double gate does something a straight run cannot. It marks the entrance, opens wide when you need to get something through, and settles into the planting instead of interrupting it. We build entries to suit the yard they open into, so a rough sketch or a phone photo is plenty to start from.

Pool season ends, the barrier requirement does not. This is our Select Series A400 aluminum, with clean black pickets, proper gate hardware, and sight lines left more or less alone. Easier to handle in the quiet months than the week before you open again next year.

A community pool has to pass inspection and still look like somewhere people want to spend an afternoon. Black aluminum on stone piers does both, and it comes through a few North Jersey winters without turning into a maintenance line item. We handle HOA, apartment and commercial sites across Passaic County and beyond.

Chain link picked up its reputation from the galvanized stuff nobody ever maintained. In black, set against mature trees, it holds the property line and practically vanishes. Pets stay in, the boundary is clear, and the planting still gets to be the thing you look at.

Sometimes a fence means more than what you see. For one parent, this pro bono project brought a little more peace of mind each day. ❤️

With materials donated by Catalyst Fence Solutions and labor from our crew, we’re proud to support families in our community.

Deer do their worst shopping in fall, right when the beds you spent all summer on are heading into winter. A properly tensioned deer fence runs the line, reads as almost nothing against a wooded edge, and lets the plantings come back next spring instead of starting over. Worth sorting before the browsing picks up.

Some yards should not be closed off. Black aluminum takes care of the security part and then more or less disappears, so the water, the trees and the hydrangeas stay the view. If your property has something worth looking at, we can fence it without hiding it.
