A complete transformation of Newport Harbor High School's Bill Barnett Aquatic Center.

The modernization brought upgrades to the existing facility, enhancing the experience for student-athletes, coaches, spectators, and community members. Improvements included a redesigned pool and deck, upgraded locker rooms and support spaces, expanded spectator seating, new shade structures, enhanced sports lighting, and a relocated scoreboard.

Through close collaboration and proactive planning, the project was completed on schedule, delivering an updated facility that supports the school's longstanding aquatics program and future generations of student-athletes.

Great work by our project team and everyone involved in bringing this transformation to life.

For Family Initiative, Inc.’s Thrive Academy in Cape Coral, Florida, that meant creating an environment where thoughtful design supports the diverse needs of students with autism spectrum disorder.

From sensory considerations to spaces that encourage connection, creativity, and independence, every aspect of the learning environment plays a role in helping students feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to succeed.

At Studio+, we believe the spaces we design have the power to make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve. We're proud to have played a role in bringing Thrive Academy's vision to life and expanding access to specialized education for families across Southwest Florida.

Our work with Newport-Mesa Unified School District - NMUSD goes beyond designing schools. It's also about investing in the communities and students they serve.

Yesterday, our team members Tony Pacheco-Taylor, Principal & Education Practice Leader, and Sydney Fontes, Architectural Designer, joined NMUSD for their College & Career Fair. As a longtime design partner of the District, Studio+ was proud to sponsor the event and connect with students, sharing a look into the world of architecture and design.

It's encouraging to see students exploring their interests and considering the possibilities ahead of them. We value opportunities like these to share our experiences and help spark an interest in careers in architecture and design.

Keeping healthcare facilities current doesn't always mean starting from scratch.

At Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital, Studio+ supported the renovation of an existing Interventional Radiology Lab. The project included updated imaging equipment, improvements to the control and equipment rooms, and new flooring, all within the hospital's existing footprint.

Whether it's a targeted renovation or an entirely new facility, we focus on understanding the challenges and finding practical solutions that work for the people it serves.

A record-breaking year for BIKE HSS.

As a trusted design partner of Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), Studio+ was proud to sponsor the 2026 BIKE HSS. The event brought together more than 1,250 participants in support of orthopedic research, innovation, and improved patient mobility.

This year's event raised more than $3 million, bringing the program's total to over $15.5 million since its inception.

Congratulations to the entire HSS community on another successful event.
