A tighter budget doesn't mean a smaller light. It means a less dense one. Same volume, same gesture, fewer points. The room still feels the way you wanted it to feel.

This one cut clean. This one didn't. When the beam bounces off the mirrors and diverges somewhere along the way, it stops cutting all the way through. Three screws, a red dot, and a lot of small test burns to bring it back.

Had a BIG shipment go out last month. Six of our Float90 lights. They are lighter than they look, but took up a ton of space in our shop. Excited to see them up in the customers space.

White, blond, and natural. Each cuts differently. Blond comes off the laser with warm singed edges we like. White goes on the knife cutter instead, so there's no burn at all. Just a clean slice.

One order took us from about 200 Scraplights a month to 200 a week. Same building, same benches, split shifts. One of us had his teenage son in on weekends running the knife cutter.

The rings become plates and notepaper. The larger sheets become packaging and jigs. What's left gets recycled. Very little leaves here as waste.

The white cardboard has to start from a virgin source, so we make sure it's FSC certified. The lamp in first image is cut with a knife cutter while the hanging lights are laser cut giving it a little more orange edge.
