This basement had the square footage but it needed a vision.

We transformed a dated, cluttered space into a sophisticated destination for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying time with family and friends.

The goal was to create a space that felt intentional, elevated, and completely connected to the way this family enjoys their home.

Because a basement doesn’t have to feel like an afterthought. With the right design, it can become one of the most beautiful, and most used spaces in your home.

What was once a large, unfinished feeling basement with builder-grade finishes and wasted potential is now the ultimate destination for entertaining.

We completely reimagined the space with a custom designed golf simulator, a sophisticated wet bar, elegant wall molding, rich gray cabinetry, layered lighting, and warm wood flooring to create a space that’s both luxurious and functional.

The goal wasn’t just to renovate a basement, it was to design an experience. A place where friends gather, games are played, drinks are shared, and memories are made.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed and selected to bring warmth, character, and a timeless custom look that feels like it was always meant to be part of the home.

Swipe through to see where this space started... and where it ended.

My clients w the basement to feel less like a basement…
and more like a hidden speakeasy. 🍷🎱

I think we got there.

In this project, we wrapped the walls, trim, cabinetry, and coffered ceiling in a deep dark gray to create a fully immersive atmosphere — but the warmth comes from the materials layered into it.
Natural wood flooring, textured stone, aged brass, and cognac and butter leather keep the room from feeling flat or heavy.
The contrast between saturated color and organic texture is what gives the space depth.
From the wine room to the lounge and bar, every finish was selected to make the dark palette feel rich, inviting, and architectural rather than overwhelming.
A reminder that color drenched spaces aren’t just about paint — they’re about balance.

Color drenching only works when you commit to it.
Walls, millwork, ceiling, trim — all wrapped in the same deep tone to create an immersive atmosphere instead of visual interruption.
The result feels quieter, richer, and more architectural.
In this space, the dark navy envelope lets the textures do the work: leather, stone, brass, walnut, and warm ambient lighting.
A reminder that bold spaces don’t always need bold
Sometimes restraint creates the most dramatic rooms

From outdated and heavy… to clean and timeless
This bathroom felt dark, dated, and didn’t reflect the homeowner’s style.

We transformed it with:
✔️ Lighter finishes
✔️ Updated fixtures
✔️ A clean, modern feel

And here’s something important—
we intentionally kept the large corner tub.

Why?

Because their baby girl LOVES using it 🛁
…and this isn’t their forever home, so we were mindful about where to invest.

Great design isn’t just about making things look beautiful—it’s about making smart decisions for your lifestyle and your budget.

Now the space feels fresh, functional, and still works perfectly for their family.

If your bathroom feels stuck in the past, you don’t have to live with it.

Too many decisions.
Too many options.
Too many things that can go wrong.

So they stay stuck with spaces that don’t work.

That is exactly where I come in.

I guide you through the entire process so you don’t have to figure out alone.

From dark and outdated… to bright and functional!!

This kitchen wasn’t working for the homeowner—closed layout, heavy finishes, and not enough usable space.

We transformed it into a light, open, and highly functional kitchen designed for everyday living.

This is exactly what I help my clients do—turn frustrating spaces into homes they love.

Thinking about updating your kitchen but don’t know where to start?
