A huge 'Thank you,' to Voyage Virginia magazine for having me featured as one of "Virginia's Most Inspiring Stories!"

As someone who is passionate about the environment and being able to put that into my work and have it reflected is a remarkable feeling.

Want to help your local birds? Put some water out for them! We're in a heat wave/drought/wth is going on situation. Their usual water sources are dried up and they're confused by the heat and their thirst.

You can use anything, a bowl, a shallow Tupperware container, etc. Change the water daily to prevent mosquitoes and other ick from collecting.

Thank you and happy backyard bird watching!

A couple weeks week's ago invited me to lead a workshop so people can build their own nesting sphere. It was so fun, meeting new, interested birders. Thanks for having me!
