WAGYU - Philly Cheesesteak Nathan’s Style

Now that we are getting settled here in TX I was on the search for a local butcher/meat market and found in the beautiful Downtown McKinney. We have never tried WAGYU before and couldn’t afford to purchase it right now but wow was it perfection! I tried a piece on its own and it tasted like butter. Absolutely delicious!

Needless to say, will I buy WAGYU again? Yes! For hosting and special occasions? Absolutely! As a treat when we can afford it? Absolutely!

Support local when you can. Get to know the people who provide your food and stay informed about the food you are feeding your family. They love what they do and it shows thru their products and service! Thanks for introducing us to this!

P.S. What is the sauce? Mix mustard, mayo and Tobasco together. Stay heavy on the vinegar side and serve with pickled jalapeños or cook fresh jalapeños with the bell peppers.
