Sealing some cracks!
●The hot rubber crack filling process is a very important step when doing the asphalt's maintenance. Keeping water from getting through the cracks and eroding the base will save you from costly repairs in the future. When the base starts to erode you will see stuff like alligator cracking and pot holes start to form. Think of it this way, the base under the asphalt is similar to a homes foundation.

I don't know how it's possible to hit random light poles in parking lots but I guess it happens more often than not. This light pole has been hit so many times they had us install 6 steel bollards to protect it. 4 feet deep in the ground, 8 feet long total and full of concrete with new bollard sleeves.
