Our team is so happy to support the Town of Oro Valley!

The Town of Oro Valley’s “Community Model Homes” program and website are now live. This is your opportunity to build a guest home or home quicker and at less cost.

Links in the comment below. Residents can find the program homepage on the Town’s website. Community Model Homes are designed by local design professionals and builders, are published by the Town, and are available for use by any interested residents. Browse all available Community Model Homes in the Model Plan Library.

The Community Model Homes program introduces housing models pre-approved by the Town for construction in residential areas, including:

➡️ Accessory Dwelling Units: Also known as ADUs, guest houses, or casitas. Attached or detached buildings designed for occupancy on the same lot or parcel as a single-family dwelling of greater square footage. These buildings must include their own sleeping and sanitation facilities and may have kitchen facilities.
➡️ Single-Family Units: Buildings designed for occupancy by one (1) family.
➡️ Two-Family (Duplex) Units (Beginning 2027): Buildings designed for occupancy by two (2) families.
➡️ Three-Family (Triplex) Units (Beginning 2027): Buildings designed for occupancy by three (3) families.

👉🏼 ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Community Model Homes program extends the Town's efforts to expand housing opportunities, increase efficiency and cost-savings, and facilitate direct connection to local design professionals and builders for Oro Valley residents. Residents participating in the program can expect to build their guest home or home quicker and at less cost.

👉🏼 For questions, contact Planner Michael Garcia at [email protected] or (520) 229-4814.

Good Morning Tucson community!!

As a small local business, word-of-mouth is our lifeline and nothing makes us happier than seeing our neighbors thrive in spaces they love.

If you’ve worked with us in the past, could you do us a huge favor and share your experience on Google?

To help future clients know what to expect, we'd love it if you mentioned.

-Your first steps with us - client intake and zoning review
-Personalized consultation and site planning with Valerie!
-Navigating permitting with Lisa!
-Your thoughts on our pre-permitted designs!

Leaving a review takes just a minute and means the world to our team. Thank you for supporting local!!
