Anna Sinagra thought her job at OEX would be temporary. Now she's leading the company as CEO and owner.

This National Business Women's Week, we're celebrating her story — and all the women in business, here at OEX and everywhere, whose hard work helps us keep learning, growing and moving forward alongside one another.

"Over time, I realized that being a woman gave me a valuable edge in how I connect with people and approach design," Anna shared when asked about personal growth in her career. "It taught me to lean into communication, relationship-building, and attention to detail. Those 'differences' ended up being some of my biggest strengths."

Anna's reflection speaks to why different perspectives belong in business. We all bring individual experiences, expertise and ideas to the table. Everyone deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, contribute what they know and learn from someone whose experience is different.

LaTrelle Williams joined Office Express in 2009 as a workspace consultant, bringing an extensive operations background in wealth management. Since then, she's built relationships across cities, states, and industries. From workspace development to furniture coordination, she's helped customers bring their spaces to life — and turned plenty of those relationships into lifelong friendships along the way.

LaTrelle in one word? Sunshine. ☀️ Her commitment to service and going the extra mile for her customers is indisputable. Her love for making spaces work for people comes through in her curiosity, approachability, and determination.

A proud wife and mother, an active member of her church community, and someone who gives so much to those around her, LaTrelle brings that same heart to life outside the office, too. She reminds us how much purpose and joy we can find in the work we do and the people we love.

Opening a new location is exciting, but it's also a lot to think about.

Our friends at Pointe Dental were entering a new chapter, and we were thrilled to be brought in to help make the process feel seamless and stress-free.

We thought through the details, from supportive waiting room seating and ergonomic workstations to a break room designed for the team to gather. We also worked with the natural light in the space and carried Pointe Dental's branding through the furniture and finishes for a cohesive feel.

Every choice was made with comfort, wellness, and everyday function in mind.

Now, Pointe Dental has a new space that feels like them and is ready for what comes next.

We're excited to share a look at the finished space and see their new chapter unfold!
