You found the perfect rug. Let’s talk about protecting it!

We love the texture a sisal rug brings to a room. Here, it’s getting a stain guard treatment as an extra step to help protect the investment.

Stain protection doesn’t make a rug spill-proof, and natural fibers need specific care. That’s why choosing the right rug and understanding how to care for it are both part of the conversation.

Planning a room refresh that needs some added texture and luxury? Come see us at Floors Etc. We’ll help you find a rug that works for your home and the way you live.

Our Floors Etc. team put our creativity to work on a pretty big pumpkin for Garden Glow at Ladew Topiary Gardens. Ladew Topiary Gardens

It was so fun seeing it come together and even better seeing it light up!

We love being part of the community. Getting to contribute a little something to a local event like this makes our work even more special.

If you’re heading to Garden Glow, keep an eye out for our mushrooms! We can’t wait to see them glowing in the gardens. 💛

Timonium is our home base, but our work takes us well beyond Maryland!

Our showroom is here, and a large part of our work happens right here in Maryland. We love being part of this design community and working with the homeowners, interior designers, builders, and remodelers who walk through our doors.

But something you may not know about Floors Etc. is that we also work on projects in many other states!

For designers, your projects don’t always stay close to home. A longtime client buys a vacation house. A family relocates and wants you to help with their new space. A referral leads to a beautiful project a few states away. Having people you already know and trust involved can make those projects feel a little more manageable.

And for homeowners, your connection to our showroom doesn’t have to end at the Maryland state line. If you’re planning a renovation or building a home in another state, it’s worth starting a conversation with us about how we can help.

Whether you’re selecting hardwood, tile, carpet, or a custom rug, there are so many decisions that go into getting it right. How will the space be used? How will the material look alongside the other finishes? What makes sense for the people who will actually live there? Those questions matter wherever the project is located.

The best place to start is by telling us what you’re working on and where. From there, we can talk through the scope, the materials, and what our involvement could look like for your specific project.

We’re proud of our Maryland roots, and we love seeing our relationships grow into projects beyond our home state.

Have something coming up outside Maryland? Send us a message. We’d love to hear about it!

A dressing room should feel just as special as the rest of your home, and flooring plays a big part in that. This animal print carpet adds personality, softness, and a little bit of fun while the neutral coloring keeps it classic.

And because carpet feels warm and comfortable underfoot, it’s a perfect choice for a space where you start and end your day.

Who wouldn’t want to get ready in here?
