LAST REMINDER!
Make plans to come out tomorrow! Tons of food, drinks, vendors, and fun for the whole family! ❤️
An entire festival rescheduled. A whole lot of changes. And a community that keeps showing up to help us pull it together. This one deserves a little backstory and a BIG thank-you. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
Our female team lead was talking with her son about his 7 classes per day when he asked how many things she handles daily.
“Take your 7 and multiply it by 8.”
“WHAT? In ONE day?” 😂
Between events, businesses, family, pets, self-care (whatever that means ), and everyday life, she has WAY more than 56 tabs open — in her head, in her life, on her notebooks/planners, AND on her computer.
Then the weather changed our plans, and an entire festival had to be put back together. Updated times. Vendor changes. Revised maps. Some of our collaborators already had other events booked for our rain date. More emails, more messages, and following up on the follow-ups. 😅
It’s been a lot. But our team, vendors, and collaborators have kept working through the changes, and we’re still going to have a good time with y’all tomorrow!
Here’s some of what’s waiting for you:
🎡 There are several vendors doing a raffle or a giveaway or mystery boxes — so make sure you check each and everyone of them out!
🐭 A last-minute addition from Fairytale Dreams! Mr. Mouse and Miss Mouse will be wearing their Spooky outfits from 12pm to 1pm. Make sure you take note of that hour! Fairytale Dreams will also be offering face painting 11am-2pm.
🏰 All Star Jumpers Augusta is bringing inflatables and more fun for the kiddos!
🧪 The Happy Snail will be there with their slime bar. Soooo…. The kids have plans, too. 😂
🧺 Main Event Rents LLC is providing our picnic area so you can sit down and enjoy all that good food, rest your feet, and just chill..
📸 POP Mosaic and Creations, in collaboration with bannered by faith, is providing our photo op area. We’ll also have a banner from Savannah’s Banner Studio. We appreciate the time and work going into these spaces!
And we cannot forget Celebrations 101, who is responsible for that beautiful sign at the neighborhood entrance! From the original installation to taking it down and putting it back up with our updated date and times, we are SO grateful. If you need signs, please reach out to them. 👏🏼
