Class is in Session!

At MTS Seating, we believe the best partnerships are built on more than just great products! A couple times a year we welcome a group of our sales reps to MTS for Chair School — an opportunity to get an inside look at our products, explore what's new, share ideas, and make sure our team has the knowledge and tools to best support our customers.

But Chair School isn't all business! Between the product education, factory tours, great conversations, and plenty of laughs, it's also about something just as important — building relationships and enjoying time together.

A big THANK YOU to our reps who joined us this round of Chair School! We appreciate your enthusiasm, partnership, and the energy you bring to MTS. It's always a pleasure having you here!

Great products. Great people. Great partnerships. That's what Chair School is all about!

Getting Hands On!

Students didn’t just watch manufacturing in action during their Manufacturing Day visit; they got to experience it! With guidance from our MTS Team, they had the chance to try several processes for themselves and got a better understanding of the skill and attention to detail here at MTS.

Giving students opportunities like these can open their eyes to career paths they may not have considered before – and maybe even inspire a few Future Manufacturers along the way!

Behind Every Great Seat Is a Story of How It’s Made!

During Manufacturing Day, students from Bedford Junior High School got an up-close look at the many steps and processes that transform raw materials into the finished seating our customers see every day – from forming and fabrication to finishing, assembly, quality and everything in between.

We enjoyed sharing a little of the MTS “how it’s made” story with our visitors and showcasing the craftsmanship behind our USA-manufactured seating!

Welcome to Manufacturing Day!
Opening our doors to the next generation of manufacturing!

In celebration of Manufacturing Day, MTS had the opportunity to welcome Bedford Junior High students to our facility for a behind-the-scenes look at how our seating is made.

We enjoyed opening our doors, introducing students to our team, and educating them on the world of modern manufacturing.

Thank you to the students and educators who joined us, and to our MTS team for making the day possible!
