Done. 👀
Table’s in. Appliance lift works. This little kitchen actually does what it was built to do.
That’s a wrap.

When the last crew doesn’t install exterior trim the right way… the house pays for it. 😬💧
Water finds the gaps. Paint fails early. Wood starts to move. What should have lasted decades turns into another repair a few seasons later. 🏠❌
With El Niño on the way this winter, that’s the last thing you want. 🌧️⛈️
Storm season will find every weak joint, every missing flash, every shortcut.
We’re on this one now — pulling the failed work and putting it back the way it should have been done the first time. 🔨💪
✅ Correct flashing
✅ Tight joints
✅ Fasteners that belong outside
✅ Materials that can actually take weather
That’s the difference between a patch and a finish. 👏
And that’s how you get storm-ready before the rain hits. ☔
If your last contractor left you with more problems than they solved… that’s the kind of job we take. 🛠️🇺🇸

Deck’s gone. 🪚
Trash is gone. 🗑️
City’s on site today. ✅
We just wrapped the demolition on this South Temecula / Redhawk deck — structure down, haul-off complete, site cleaned so the inspector can actually see the work, not a pile of boards.
This is the unglamorous part of the job. Nobody posts “we hauled 3 loads of rotten lumber.” That’s the part that keeps the final inspection from turning into a punch list.
Final walk-through with the city is today. If it passes, this one is closed.
Need a deck pulled, rebuilt, or a city-ready teardown in Temecula / Redhawk / W**e Country?
We’re here to help.

City dropped a code enforcement letter.
Unpermitted deck. It had to come out. 📋

We pulled the City of Temecula permit, got the dumpster on site, and we’re finishing the demolition so this file can actually close. 🏗️🗑️

That’s the difference when code enforcement shows up — not a scramble. A plan, a permit, and the haul-off done. ✅

Temecula / Murrieta / W**e Country — if you’ve got a violation letter on the counter, call us. Fixed price. We handle it.

Need a part-time guy for a cheap patch? 👋 That’s not this company.

If you’re hunting for Chuck with a Truck, Side-Work Sam, or No-Show Nick… keep scrolling. 🚜💰👻

We show up. We communicate. We do the job we quoted. ✅🗓️🛠️

Not the cheapest in Temecula. The ones who actually finish it. 🏠

🔑 Unit turnover. Keys in, keys out.
This one was a stack of small items that add up if you leave them for the next tenant to find:
🛠️ Reskin under the kitchen cabinet and sink
🎨 Drywall texture
🔧 Light plumbing
♻️ New garbage disposal
🚪 French door weather stripping
🏡 Backyard screen replacement
❄️ HVAC filters
🪵 Linoleum floor patch
Not glamorous. Just done, done, done — so the unit can rent instead of sitting. ✅
📍 Realtors and property managers in Temecula: if you’ve got a make-ready list sitting in your notes app, send it. We quote a guaranteed not-to-exceed price and knock the list out.
