Is it allergies… or am I actually sick?🤧🤒

Spring has sprung and so have the sniffles, sneezes, cough and scratchy throat.
Every morning feels like a new game!

Instead of guessing try something that actually helps:
Local elderberry syrup made with local raw honey ~nature’s answer to immune support and seasonal sniffles. 🍯🫐

Elderberry syrup & allergies 🌸🌾🤧

The herbs & spices in elderberry syrup can help relieve inflammation within the body & help decrease sinus congestion.

The elderberries contain antihistamine properties and contain quercetin which can help with a runny nose and watery eyes. High amounts of vitamin C help support your overall immune system.

I use raw local & unpasteurized honey containing local pollen which can help acclimate your body to any allergens in your environment!! Not to mention it also has anti inflammatory properties. Thank you to the 🐝s!!

Taking elderberry syrup daily has so many benefits for your overall health and mine is pretty tasty! Stay well friends! 😁🫐

Available at Tatum Medical Clinic or from me directly. 8oz jar $12 or 16oz jar $24
