Storm debris cleanup continues across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, and for our Pensacola team, this work hits close to home.

With Roads, Inc. now part of CWR Contracting, our Pensacola-based team is coordinating debris removal in the same communities where 252 of our employees and their families live and work. They understand firsthand how important this cleanup is to their neighbors.

Our crews have made significant progress, but work remains. Residents are ready to see their streets cleared, and our teams remain focused on getting the job done.

Thank you to residents across both counties for their continued patience as cleanup efforts move forward.

The City of Tallahassee Fire Department recently toured our asphalt plant to learn how the team produces the material used on local roads.

Visits like this let us explain the work, answer questions, and show what happens behind the scenes.

Forty years with one company does not happen often.

At our Tallahassee and Hosford Employee Appreciation event, we had the chance to celebrate Ham’s 40 years with CWR. Over four decades, he has helped oversee hundreds of road improvement projects that people and communities across Florida rely on every day.

The event also gave us an opportunity to recognize several employees for their years of service and celebrate the team behind the I-10 Leon County project, which received an award for quality materials and construction.

It was a special day for a group of people who have given a lot to this company.

Thank you, Ham, for 40 remarkable years, and congratulations to everyone recognized.
