What does it look like when a community makes room for everyone? It looks like creating opportunities to connect, grow, find purpose, and truly belong.

At LDDBlueline, we believe great design goes beyond buildings. It creates spaces where people can connect and feel valued. That’s why Pleasant View Inc.'s message, “Building Belonging Together,” resonates so strongly with us.

For more than 50 years, Pleasant View, Inc. has helped individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, meaningful lives through residential support, day programs, employment opportunities, and spiritual care throughout Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, and beyond.

We were honored to attend this year’s Pleasant View banquet and celebrate an organization making such a meaningful difference in the lives of others. It was a wonderful reminder that strong communities are built when people come together around a shared purpose.

Because belonging doesn’t happen on its own. It grows through meaningful relationships, a commitment to others, and a community that makes room for everyone. And that’s something worth building together. 💙

Faith, heritage, and community are at the heart of what makes a place meaningful.

We’re proud to be working with St. John Greek Orthodox Church, where two projects are moving forward: the Ministry Building Renovation is currently under construction, and the Sanctuary Addition and Renovation is in permit review.

LDDBlueline is partnering with McCullagh & Scott, Inc. (General Contractor), Hahn Engineering, Inc. (MEP), Beckley Engineering Consultants, LLC (Structural), and Landmark Engineering & Surveying Corp (Civil) to bring these improvements to life.

Beyond its physical spaces, the church continues to make a lasting impact through the annual Tampa Greek Festival. Celebrating more than 40 years, this beloved community event brings thousands of visitors together each year to experience Greek food, dancing, faith, and family-friendly fun, all while supporting charitable organizations through a portion of the proceeds.

At LDDBlueline, we’re honored to be part of what this community is building, both physically and communally. We believe great design goes beyond buildings; it helps create spaces where people connect, celebrate their heritage, and find a sense of belonging.

We’re pleased to welcome Caitlin Morgan to the LDDBlueline team!

A Virginia native and James Madison University BFA Architectural Design graduate, Caitlin brings a diverse perspective shaped by experience across civic, K–12, higher education, justice, multifamily, single-family, and commercial architecture. Her work reflects a strong interest in the intersection of design, community, and the people architecture ultimately serves.

At LDDBlueline, Caitlin will contribute across markets while continuing to grow as a design professional and emerging leader within the AEC industry. Her interests extend beyond project design to building strong client relationships, cultivating community partnerships, and identifying opportunities that bring people and organizations together around the built environment. She is also passionate about supporting the next generation of AEC professionals through mentorship, education, and professional leadership.

Caitlin’s curiosity extends well beyond the studio. Her time studying in Southern France influenced her creative perspective, where the architecture and culture of Nice and Monaco made a lasting impression. The experience continues to influence her appreciation for the relationship between place, culture, and design.

Her further interest in stadium design fuels an endeavor to visit every professional football stadium in the country; As an avid Baltimore Ravens (and JMU Dukes) fan, she has visited 3 of 30 NFL stadiums so far. SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles is the top destination on her list, with her favorite visit to date being the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

We’re excited to have Caitlin’s creativity, curiosity, and commitment to the profession on the LDDBlueline team, and we look forward to seeing the relationships, ideas, and opportunities she brings to the firm and the communities we serve!

Our commitment to higher education goes beyond designing buildings. It’s about creating thoughtful architecture and interior environments that support people, strengthen connection, and elevate the everyday experience for students and staff.

Because when people feel supported in a space, they can do more within it.

The Dallard-Newman House does both. As rehabilitation moves forward, we’re honored to partner with Northeast Neighborhood Association of Harrisonburg, VA in helping this important piece of Harrisonburg, Virginia's African American history become a place for learning, culture, and community.

LDDBlueline was honored to join Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston on September 21, 2026, for the groundbreaking of its new Family Opportunity Center in Houston’s Eastex-Jensen community.

As Architect of Record, LDDBlueline is proud to have helped advance the vision and design of this important facility and to continue supporting the project through construction in coordination with the General Contractor, Harvey Cleary Builders.

This groundbreaking marks an exciting milestone for Catholic Charities and its ongoing mission to serve and strengthen individuals and families throughout the Houston community. We are proud to be part of the team bringing this meaningful project to life.
