When you design and build for manufacturers, production does not get to pause for construction.

Feldmeier Equipment needed to expand its Syracuse manufacturing campus while a two-shift operation continued inside. But part of the story began years earlier. When VIP designed and built Feldmeier’s original 125,000 SF facility, future expansion was already part of the conversation. Our new case study looks at how early planning, communication, and careful field coordination helped make Feldmeier's 82,500 SF expansion possible while keeping its operations moving.

From finished residences to outdoor space, here’s a closer look at this new community on W. Fayette Street.

VIP’s construction team helped transform the former factory on W. Fayette Street into a vibrant community of 38 affordable condominiums for developers Ryan Benz and Steve Case, via a joint venture between Redev CNY and Acropolis Realty Group .

Exciting progress in Canandaigua!

VIP is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the new Finger Lakes Community College Culinary Arts Center.

The new facility will bring together Finger Lakes Community College, New York Kitchen, and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ontario County to expand culinary education, agritourism, and community programming throughout the Finger Lakes.
