It's a dark gloomy day here but with the rain coming in (finally) - I figured it'd be the perfect time to check this off our to-do list. 👍🧄

This is our first time trying out some softneck garlic. Hopefully we'll have a good little harvest when May rolls around. 😊

Just another reason why I LOVE crows! 🖤🐦‍⬛

Did you know crows will dive-bomb and chase hawks out of their territory?! This behavior is called 'mobbing'.

With our free-ranging chickens, hawks are always a concern, so we're extra thankful for these guys helping keep them away! 🐓❤️

Nature never ceases to amaze me! 🤩🌿

On another episode of 'if I crave it, I make it' 😜 I've been eye ballin' the toaster strudels at the grocery store for a few weeks now. I used to eat them as a kid but I know how bad they are for me now. Soo this is my first (and certainly not final) attempt at making my own.

Let me tell ya.... I won't ever be going back to the frozen kind 😍 They turned out better than i expected. Only problem now is exercising the self control it takes not to eat them all in one sitting.
