Reuse. Recycle. Repurpose. What a fabulous idea! Please call 217.544.2322 with any questions regarding items and their prices. Doors as tables? Desks as lamps?

And, a Teddy Bear as a guard dog? It's all part of the fun at Flea Market To Fabulous, where salvaging something old and giving it a reason to live again as something fresh and unexpected is, well, expected--like an interesting newel post from an old staircase made into an amazing floor lamp, or a unique wood door rotated 90 degrees to create a sensational coffee table. To repurpose is to take an old item and creatively turn it into something that can be used for any other purpose than that which it was originally intended. At Flea Market To Fabulous, an oak dining room buffet is repurposed as a beautiful double vanity in a master bathroom, aged windows become decorative mirrors--or make even better frames for ornamental glass, detailed ceiling tiles are transformed into incredible wall art, many antique pieces are made into fabulous floral containers, and so much more--just by using a little imagination, a terrific sense of style, and even a little bit of humor! Decorating a home, office, or business with antiques, repurposed furnishings, and flea market finds is not a one-time purchase or activity--it's a way of life! The options are limited only to one's imagination. People who collect and decorate their lives with antiques and items that are recreated for a new use are passionate about this form of personal expression. If you haven't been to our gallery, today's the day to discover this unique shopping experience. Visit our two-story showroom filled with exclusive furnishings that can't be found anywhere else! And, all at prices you won't believe! Stop by and visit Flea Market To Fabulous TODAY! We can't wait to show you how to live Fabulous!

Paula’s Peace florals aren’t just to accessorize our furniture. They are available to purchase. As is or customized. Lilly inspected and Theo approved.

Time for a some table talk. We do lots of clever things with antique tables and legs. With the holidays quickly approaching, there are still a few available to buy. Round, rectangular, expandable and just right. Like our kid’s table equally fabulous as the full size version it once was. And our custom mahjong tables for the serious gamers who love hosting. More transformations in the works.

National cat day. Only pictures show how much joy Theo and Lilly bring to our shop.

Last week we got our giant parking lot resurfaced and sealed. This week the city is doing the same to Spring Street. What a huge improvement and way over due. Property improvements are expensive and sometime hard to budget in for a small business. But Elite Paving was able to provide an affordable plan for us. So next time you come this way, enjoy the now smoother drive. Thanks Elite, we appreciate your work very much. And the city for paying attention to some of forgotten neighborhoods in Springfield.

It’s official, Theo has completed his training as Paula’s way too personal assistant. He loves all the colors, textures, smells and tastes of her fabulous floral designs. Door decor, table centerpieces, office ambiance, special occasion gifts and just because it makes you happy. Whatever the reason Paula can custom create for every season.

Beauty all the way around. This vintage desk was pretty rough when we got her. A DYI project someone abandoned. Refinishing furniture isn’t as fun or easy as its looks online. But now’s it’s ready for a fresh new look. Repair, refinish, rehome.

Holidays are on the horizon, are you looking for a fabulous coffee bar? Drink station or storage for your serving stuff? Here are just a few. Vintage, antique or primitive. All made in America. Perfect as is or remade by us.

We are so fortunate to get visitors from all over the Midwest. They are drawn to Springfield for many reasons. Some take the time to explore places just off the path. Then they find an antique dresser they just have to buy. Now they have to return with a bigger truck. Yes we often “hold” purchases until the new owner can acquire. Just part of our furniture foster business on the corner of Spring & Lawrence.

When your parking lot resurfacing is still still wet and you have to deliver a buffet. Carry it to the sidewalk and do a quick drive by pickup. Small business dilemma of the day.
