I had a perfect little break in the rain to cut loads of flowers for tomorrow! Am I crazy for preferring this weather to cut? No sunrise alarm to beat the heat, and NO BUGS 🙌

LAST CHANCE FLOWERS 🌸

We're looking at a cold night Friday so I'm cutting what I can and giving these flowers one last chance to find a home before the season officially wraps up!

I'm trying something new with a "Bundle Bar" which is just like a regular ol' build your own bouquet bar, but with smaller bunches of flowers instead of individual stems. Think Trader Joe's but with local flowers.

I will have lisianthus, celosia, zinnias, gomphrena, chrysanthemums & a few random stragglers. These will be at GREAT end-of-season prices, so come early!

The last of my merch, candles, cards and gardening gloves will also be marked down.

Did you know irises can bloom again in the fall? Me neither. Turns out only a few varieties do, and apparently I have one of them 🤷‍♀️

If you need a final flower fix before cold weather kicks in, keep an eye out on here or you can get notified via email when I have more bouquets available on my website!

My last bucket order went out for the year! ✔️🥳

A giant thank you to Chick-fil-A Papillion for another season of weekly orders & to WimBro Farms for helping me fill this final one. Beyond grateful for both of you!

And thank you to everyone who ordered DIY buckets this year- custom colors or farmer's choice, big or small! I love seeing my flowers end up at weddings, showers, reunions & so many other events!

While I'm done with bulk bucket orders for the year, I'm hoping the heirloom mums will finally bloom soon with this week of sunshine coming up, and I'll be able to put a few bouquets together. TBD, as always 😜

If you are interested in a bucket, or any flowers between now & mid October, let me know asap! Many of the plants are done for the season, but we have some exciting new heirloom mums just about to bloom. We are definitely slowing down for the year, but not quite finished yet!

Oh hey. If you ended up with some of this lovely snow on the mountain in your bouquet last night, there's a few things you should know. Like soooo many flowers, it's "poisonous". If you feel like eating it, don't. If you rip off a leaf, you'll see a milky sap come out- it may irritate your skin, or not at all. When I cut these stems I burn all the ends with a torch to stop the sap from coming out. This is new to me this year but I've found it has a great vase life, so you shouldn't need to trim the stems, but if you really want to- I suggest re-burning the ends with a torch or dipping it into boiling water & washing your hands.

TLDR: Don't eat it.
