Built for the chaos of real family life — and designed to hide every trace of it.

Custom sage green mudroom cabinetry with upper storage, individual locker cubbies with hidden shelving behind each beadboard door, and a floating bench with LED lighting underneath that illuminates the shoe cavity below. The bench appears to float — clean, intentional, and far more functional than it looks from the outside.

Open a door and there is a full locker inside. Close it and the entry looks like it has everything under control — because it does.

That is what custom built-ins do that furniture never will.

The millwork doesn’t stop at the cabinets.

On this new custom home build, we took on the full interior — custom glass panel doors with transom lights that connect the sunroom to the main living space, shiplap ceilings, board and batten wall paneling, and the kitchen cabinetry visible through the opening. Every transition considered, every detail consistent from room to room.

The mudroom that matches the kitchen — because in a home this considered, every room gets the same treatment.

Floor-to-ceiling painted cabinetry with brass hardware, diamond inlay details, and ornate crown molding that carries the historic character of the home into every corner. A custom walnut storage bench with a brass shell pull anchors the entry — boots go on top, everything else goes inside.

Some kitchens are designed to impress. This one was built to belong.

Custom dark walnut cabinetry with hand-selected brass hardware, Carrara marble countertops and backsplash, a farmhouse sink with wall-mount faucet, glass front uppers, and ornate crown molding that ties seamlessly into this historic home’s original architecture.

Open the drawers and you find our branded dovetail drawer boxes — built and stamped in our own shop. Every joint, every detail, built the way it would have been a hundred years ago. Just better.

Before and after. Same floor, completely different life.

The original bathroom had pedestal sinks, zero storage, and no vanity to speak of. We came in on measurements day with a sketchbook and a plan — and built this floating double vanity with solid reeded wood drawer fronts, CNC-milled in our shop, topped with Carrara marble and a full marble backsplash.

The reeded profile is cut from solid wood — not veneer, not film wrap. Every groove machined to be consistent, precise, and built to last decades.

The details that separate good cabinetry from great cabinetry.

Custom white frame inset lower cabinets with full drawer stacks, floating white oak open shelving — and here’s the detail most people miss: recessed outlet molding built directly into the shelf itself. No exposed plugs on the wall, no cords hanging down. Just a clean, uninterrupted shiplap wall behind your dishes and a place to plug in right where you need it.

Frame inset construction means every drawer face sits flush within the frame — tighter tolerances, cleaner lines, and craftsmanship you can see and feel every single time you open a drawer.

That’s the kind of thinking that goes into every project we build.

This hallway landing between bedrooms had untapped potential — so we built custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry that holds everything a busy household needs, completely hidden behind beadboard panel doors that match the accent wall paneling we built alongside it.

And here’s the part most builders wouldn’t attempt — we built directly around the furnace, engineering full usable access while making it completely invisible from the outside. Not a single inch of space wasted.

Measurements day on a bare subfloor. Finished result — a hallway that looks like it was always meant to be this way.
