A little look at where El Dorado Drive began. 🤎
Warm woods, soft stone, mossy greens, and aged brass set the direction for a home that feels layered, warm, and timeless.

Shout out to our own Interior Designer, Shelby Garris, not only for her amazing design work on this project, but for making the process easy for our client.

Here's what our client had to say:

“Me and my husband both work full-time and we have two boys, so we're always active. What I loved about working with Shelby at Ruby+Suede is that she was the project manager for us. She worked closely with Eric, who was the construction project manager. All I would have to do is pick the tile out, and then she would do all the communication and create our paint schedule. She even made a whole Excel spreadsheet for us. I had a very positive experience with Ruby+Suede.”
~ Jessie B., Valued Client

Thank you, Jessie, for choosing Ruby+Suede to bring your design vision to life!

“What I love most is helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain (at the start of the project) to feeling excited and confident. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide them through the process, bring their story to life, and watch the experience become something they truly enjoy. Seeing their dream take shape and knowing we created it together is the best part of what I do.”

Getting this kind of feedback from a client is everything.

"I can not say enough wonderful things about Kristen and Jen!! I was extremely worried about our new build and how I was going to make all the decisions needed to make sure it looked nice. They listened to what I wanted and designed everything better than I could have ever dreamed! They made the whole process fun and easy!" ~Nancy S.

Making the interior design process fun and easy is EXACTLY our goal (along with building beautiful spaces, of course)!

Thank you for sharing your experience, Nancy — it was a delight to work with you!

Now THIS is the kind of feedback that makes us do a happy dance. 💃

Helping our clients find a design aesthetic that truly reflects who they are and what they want from their home is what we love most about our work. Design is not about hard-and-fast rules: it's about creating a space that makes a house feel like a home — and that's made for the people who live there.

Amazing work as always, Jen!
