Timeline Design+Build Timeline Design is an award winning design-build firm that specializes in custom home building.

When Matthew Harrigan began Timeline Design in 1990, his goal was to organize every detail of each project prior to commencement. This process allows Timeline Design to deliver a top quality product in the least amount of time, with the least disruption to client's lives. Today, the entire staff at Timeline Design is committed to fulfilling his mission of "On Time and on Budget." Timeline Design is proud to stand in contrast to the nightmare stories of contractors who fail to return phone calls, do inferior work, and disappear when you need them most. Timeline Design attributes the years of success to making and keeping commitments to clients and executing projects on time, within budget.

Light-filled openness meets warm, organic living in this modern custom home.✨

Open connections between the kitchen and living spaces are defined by a refined palette of rift white oak cabinetry and built-in shelving. Expansive sliding glass doors, positioned beneath clerestory windows, gently open the living room to the backyard gathering areas — dissolving boundaries and filling the home with natural light and a sense of volume.

Designed and built to be a quietly elevated, family-oriented home filled with warmth and everyday comfort.
