A big part of what you ultimately spend on a remodel comes down to what you start with. In this case the mechanicals, tile & layout were solid so we could skip the gut job and pour the money into high-impact custom layers instead.

Can you actually remodel a bathroom for $10k - $15k? The short answer is YES but only if your space has “good bones” like this one did.

Last week Sherry Hart took Keri Perry and me on a tour of a project we have been working on together for over 3 years. I’ve known Sherry was talented for a long time, but she truly outdid herself on this house. So many details. So many layers. So many meetings and drawings and decisions and she killed it. I know she is going to need a big nap after this one wraps but this home is truly something to be proud of and I hope she can feel that in her bones 🤍

And of course the man behind the ex*****on is the always amazing Ladisic Fine Homes, Inc. …talk about a dream team 💪🏽

The Before (like before they owned the house) 😵‍💫
