We are feeling so grateful to have been part of this year’s Parade of Homes! 🏡✨

It was such a privilege to open our doors, share the details and craftsmanship that go into each home, and connect with so many wonderful people who share our love for beautiful homes and thoughtful design.

Building is about so much more than the finished product. It’s about the relationships we build along the way, the passion our team brings to every project, and the opportunity to turn someone’s vision into a place they can call home.

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out to support us, to our incredible team and trade partners who help bring these homes to life, and to our community for making this experience so special.

We’re already looking forward to seeing you all again next year and sharing more of our passion for building! Until then, we’ll be busy doing what we love…building beautiful homes, one project at a time. 🤍

Meet the youngest of the girls in Bob’s life. 🥰

It’s never too early to gain another little helper around Mountain High Home Builders! She may be small now, but who knows… maybe we’re looking at a future architect, draftsman or designer. 🏡

Soon, the ski hill will be covered in snow and calling your name. And after a day of making turns, there’s nothing more inviting than coming home, pouring a glass of w**e, climbing back into bed, and letting the fireplace roar.

And just like that… this year’s Parade of Homes is a wrap! 🏡✨

What a blessing this past weekend has been. We have been completely overwhelmed by the incredible people who showed up, supported us, cheered us on, and took the time to walk through this home. The love and support from our community has meant more than we could ever put into words.

And in true small-town fashion, the very last guest to walk through the door yesterday happened to be dear friends. One of those little moments that reminds you just how special the people around you are. ❤️

We are leaving this Parade feeling incredibly grateful, proud, and so very blessed.

Thank you to everyone who came through the doors, shared our home, encouraged our team, and celebrated this milestone with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Parade of Homes experience.

We are SO excited to finally have our first finished home, and even more thrilled with how it turned out. We entered several categories and are incredibly proud to have won Best Architectural Appeal, Best Curb Appeal, Best Craftsmanship, Best Kitchen, Best Primary Suite, Best Interior Decor, Best Floor Plan, AND the Realtor’s Choice Award! 🏆🏆🏆

It’s such a special accomplishment for us, and we would love to share it with you!

The views from the top of Schweitzer are spectacular, and it looks like we’re in for a beautiful weekend. Come up, take in the views, tour the house, and see what we’ve been working so hard on.

June brought some exciting progress to this custom home, and it’s starting to come to life.

From long days on the job site to countless details coming together, every step moves this home closer to becoming exactly what our clients envisioned. It’s always rewarding to watch a set of plans transform into something you can finally walk through.

Meet the newest member of the Mountain High Home Builders crew… my son, Grady.
This summer he’ll be working alongside Sean and me, learning what it takes to build custom homes. Before we teach him how to frame a wall or swing a hammer, there’s one lesson that comes first…
Who the real boss is. (Hint: It isn’t Sean.😄)
We’re looking forward to putting him to work, teaching him the trade. Here’s to hoping he’s the hardest-working laborer in North Idaho by the end of the summer.
