Wood moves. Glue a door panel tight and it’ll crack or push the frame apart. Seal a cabinet with no air gap and moisture has nowhere to go.

Two cheap parts fix both: Spaceballs so the panel can float (no caulk around the edge), and clear FATLODA door bumpers that quiet the slam and leave a little breathing room.

Custom built-ins near Millersview don't get much tighter than this.

Watch the crew drop the pitched top section into place so it follows the vaulted ceiling — open cubbies, a spot for the TV, and a fit that leaves no gap at the peak. Built in the shop, installed on site.

This is the part that sold me.

In my video, there's a whole row of cabinet bases behind me. I sanded every one of them with one disc. One. And when I was done, that disc was still cutting.

That's a lot of sanding out of one disc, and there are 100 in the box. These are the Aiyard 5" hook and loop discs.

From my shop floor to Christa's living room.

This TV built-in started as a stack of plywood in my shop in Ballinger. Beadboard backs, open shelves on both sides and across the top, and plenty of closed storage below. Built in the shop, then installed on site.
