We been waiting for electricity at our Karthus build for months...And today it finally came and they used a helicopter to pull the lines..So cool!

Our next load of knotty pine T&G has been delivered from our friends at Clarion Wood Products for our Treasure Lake build. Time to do some color samples for our customer...Just like paint you can choose and color for your stain!!!

GROUND BREAKING NEWS....Excavation has started on our next build in Treasure lake. This custom home will feature a full vault over kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths! Front and back covered porches and a large attached garage will also compliment this amazing home! Other features include a partial finished basement and a whole home generator!!

BUILDER LIFE...when we get home there always something need fixin..the L226 SuperBoom needed a new alternator, water pump, filters and radiator...nothing runs forever and all has to be maintained, i just like doing it myself!

PULLING PLASTIC...UNCVOERING BEAUTY...Upstairs is almost complete in Karthus, our friends from Granite Expressions were coming to template today, so we were at a good point to pull all the protective coverings and do an initial cleanup as we move into final finishing!! Everything looks.so amazing we cannot wait to share the final pictures on this one!! Just a few short weeks and the finish line is in site! Check out the huge wrap around porch, it was also feature a screened in portion with roof!! This place got it all!!
