Today is the day! Mike West has officially left the building. We want to take a moment to thank Mike for his much appreciated 26 years supporting Clayton and serving our team members and customers well. The Rutledge team has been lucky enough to have Mike for 8 of those years as he has truly been a pillar to our sales team. He is so well respected not only for his drive and dedication in the craft of selling, but also for his focus on faith and family. Help us send Mike off with a big “Congratulations” as he enters this next chapter of life. 💙

Friday we had the opportunity to celebrate a big milestone for one of our own. Daryl Phillips officially retired! He may not have started his career with us, but we sure are glad he got to end it here. Daryl, we hope your days ahead are filled with fishing, deer hunting, and Ginseng hunting. Plus maybe a few well earned naps here in there. Best wishes as you enter this next chapter!
