What a week at Becker’s 32nd Annual ASC Meeting in Chicago!

Great energy, great sessions, and great vibes from start to finish. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello. It was wonderful to reconnect with old friends and make plenty of new ones. There’s a lot of positive momentum in the ASC space right now, and we’re glad to be part of it. If you’d like to keep the conversation going, give us a call at 800.696.8485.

We’re back in Ohio! Demo has started in Fairborn on our second Ohio project with Children’s Surgery Centers. When it’s done, this 9,000 SF pediatric dental surgery center will have 4 OR's, which means more access to specialized care for kids and families in the area. We’ll post updates as the space takes shape over the next 6 months.

What a pleasure to work with Dr. Rachel Lefferdink! Thank you for trusting us with your vision for Rosewood Dermatology and for being such a wonderful partner from start to finish.

Keep an eye out for a video tour of the finished space, coming soon!

We’re headed to Becker’s 32nd Annual ASC Meeting in Chicago, Thursday, October 29th. Come find our booth across from registration!

If you’re planning a new surgery center, an expansion, or a significant redevelopment, we’d like to hear what you’re working on. Our team brings architecture, interior design, and construction together under one roof through The Apex Continuum™, so your project has one accountable partner from Vision to final walkthrough.

Stop by to talk through your project, see recent ASC work, or just say hello.

Most dental build-outs don’t go sideways because of one big mistake. They go sideways because of small decisions made in the wrong order.

On Episode 07 of Beyond the Build, Thad Harker sits down with Tom Banks and Molly Teschke of A-dec Inc. to talk about why sequence matters, how a single operatory change can reshape an entire floor plan, and how early collaboration protects both budget and timeline.

Congratulations to Rosewood Dermatology on officially opening its doors in Highland Park!

It was wonderful to celebrate this milestone alongside the Rosewood Dermatology team, Dr. Rachel Lefferdink's family, and so many members of the community. Opening a new practice is a big step, and this one was a long time in the making.

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor Nancy Rotering and the Highland Park Illinois Chamber of Commerce for welcoming Rosewood so warmly. Highland Park, you've got a great new neighbor!

We're proud to have helped bring Rosewood Dermatology to life, and we'll be sharing a look inside the finished space soon.

Paint is going up at a 12,200 sq ft children's surgery center in Ohio! Three ORs designed with kids and their families in mind. We'll share more as it comes together.

Before we break ground, our design team hands the project off to our construction team: same company, same table. Plans, finishes, and materials get reviewed together, so nothing gets lost between Design and Construct.

That's integrated project delivery.
