Wayne Colburn, none of this would be possible without you. For 35 years, you have poured your heart, time, and countless hours into building this business into what it is today. Through the long days, late nights, challenges, and sacrifices, your determination and work ethic have never wavered. What you’ve built is more than just a business. It’s a legacy, and one your family and employees are incredibly proud to be a part of.

And behind every hardworking man is someone helping hold it all together. Tara Colburn, you deserve just as much recognition for everything you do behind the scenes. From the endless paperwork and phone calls to keeping everything organized and running smoothly, you are truly the glue that holds us all together. Your hard work, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed, and we couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

We also want to recognize the men who have stood beside Wayne throughout the years. Our guys are the backbone of this company, and we couldn’t do what we do without their hard work, loyalty, and dedication. Each of you has played a part in making these 35 years possible, and we are truly grateful.
