Attention Brevard County Property Owners — and the Tree Companies Serving Them:

There is a major problem right now here in Brevard County, and it is coming from both ends of the spectrum. We have small local operations trying to act like corporate giants just to chase fast dollar signs, and we have large, massive corporate companies driven by inexperienced sales representatives who simply do not care about clients or long-term tree safety. They treat healthy trees like utility poles—slapping on climbing spikes for a basic trim, butchering your oaks, hacking away at your palms, and leaving your property vulnerable to severe storm damage.

Let’s be perfectly clear: this isn’t a blanket statement about every tree company around here. Since arriving, I’ve met some really good local contractors who take immense pride in their trade, run high-integrity operations, and care about doing things the right way.

But to the low-quality operations out there cutting corners—whether you are a massive corporate branch or a fly-by-night outfit—it’s time to either step up your standards or prepare to lose your clients. The community deserves better.
At Tree Tops Tree Service, we are building our foundation right here in Brevard County, just like we did in Hampton Roads successfully. We don't do "splash-and-dash" jobs, we don't use high-pressure sales reps, and we strictly practice master-level, spikeless climbing to protect the structural health of your canopy. We specialize in every single aspect of complex tree care, utilizing whatever specialized equipment the job demands from high-reach lifts to advanced crane
operations.

We aren't guessing our way through these jobs; we have the proven track record to back it up, gained from years of executing high-stakes rigging and technical removals inside the dense, massive tree canopies back in Virginia.

We work daily in the dirt with our crew, bringing 20 years of professional field experience, elite equipment handling, and high-altitude precision down to serve Florida families, commercial properties, and apartment complexes. We are here to help raise the industry standard in this county, and we stand firmly by a simple code: if you don't stand for the integrity of the tree, you don't stand for anything.

Elevating the Standard means knowing exactly how different species interact and keeping your property perfectly balanced.

We just finished trimming back this massive Live Oak for Leanne over at Garage Sale Lady LLC. As you can see, the oak limbs were heavily intruding right into the palm trees. When a heavy-canopied tree like a Live Oak encroaches on coastal palms, it chokes out their sunlight, creates friction that damages the palm fronds, and traps moisture that can lead to pest or fungus issues. We stepped in to cut back the encroachment, clear the space safely, and give both the oak and the palms the room they need to thrive.
Proper structural care and clearance isn’t just about making a property look clean—it’s about protecting the home and ensuring the long-term health and integrity of the tree.

We don't send uneducated door-knockers or smooth-talking sales guys to your home. The tradesmen who sell the work are the exact same ones climbing the trees and getting the job done right the first time. No shortcuts. No hack work. Just elite skill and honest service.

A massive thank you to Leanne for trusting us and allowing us to lay our footprint down in another local yard in the Space Coast. We are bringing the community together and changing the standards, one yard at a time. Make sure you all head over and check out the Garage Sale Lady LLC page—she does incredible work for the community, and you definitely want to give her business a follow!

📜 THE LONG-HAUL PROMISE: BREVARD COUNTY DESERVES BETTER TREE CARE.
🪓🌴
Hey neighbors. Let's drop the sales pitches for a minute and talk straight from the heart of a tradesman.
Since relocating my life and my business down to the Space Coast, I have spent a lot of time driving through our neighborhoods, looking up at our canopies. To be completely blunt: What I am seeing out here genuinely sickens me.
I see uneducated "tree guys" butchering beautiful, mature oaks because they don't know the difference between a cosmetic trim and a structural prune. I see aggressive, corporate-style sales teams hitting front porches with high-pressure pitches and fake "20% off neighborhood discounts," only to disappear and leave an underpaid, rushed crew to hack away at your property.

I didn't bring my family and our 15-year, flawless 5.0-star reputation from Virginia down to Florida to join that race to the bottom. We came here to change it. 👑

Building a real reputation takes time. It doesn't happen overnight, and we are not here for a quick transaction. Tree Top’s Tree Service is in this for the long haul. Our goal is to build something even better, even stronger, and even cleaner right here for Brevard County—because we treat our new community like family, and you protect your family from being taken advantage of.

⚡ OUR UNCOMPROMISING PROMISE TO THIS COMMUNITY:

* ✂️ Surgical Pruning vs. Cosmetic Trimming: Civilians need to know these are two completely different applications. Trimming is just about shape and clearing overgrowth. Pruning is a structural science. We specialize in removing diseased, dead, or weak limbs to balance the canopy so peak hurricane winds can pass through your tree safely, rather than catching it like a giant sail.
* 🛑 No Middlemen, No Salesmen: When you request a free evaluation, you deal directly with the owner of the business. You get a real, honest structural diagnosis and a straight-up price the first time—with zero pressure.
* 🏡 Zero-Clearance Expertise: We have the old-school climbing grit to handle tight, zero-clearance drop zones over your roof manually, and we have the local network and resources to deploy specialized heavy equipment whenever a massive job demands it. We do it all, and we do it right.
* 🧹 Spotless Yard Guarantee: When our chainsaws shut off, our cleanup crew goes to war. We leave properties looking cleaner than they did before we arrived. No excuses.
*
We’ve already earned three perfect 5-star reviews right here on the Space Coast by executing exactly what we promise. We are ready to earn yours next.

💬 Proudly serving all of Brevard County—including Titusville, Rockledge, Melbourne, Palm Bay, and surrounding areas.

📞 Call us directly today at 757-822-0262 or send us a message right now to secure your 100% FREE, genuinely honest storm safety evaluation. Let's raise the standard together. 👇
